Do you work with our existing tools?
Almost certainly. We're tool-agnostic: Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Metabase, dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres, GA4. We meet your stack, not the other way around.
How big does our company need to be?
Most clients sit between 20 and 500 people. Below that, a spreadsheet is usually fine. Above that, you probably have an in-house team and want us as advisory.
What does a typical project cost?
Sprints start around €6k. Projects sit between €15k and €60k depending on scope. Fractional engagements are quoted monthly. We send a fixed quote before any work begins.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Standard mutual NDA, or we'll sign yours. Data handling follows GDPR throughout. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
We already have an in-house analyst. Why do we need you?
If your analyst is already shipping the reports leadership needs, keep them. We usually come in when they're buried in maintenance, or when the work needs senior architecture, stakeholder management, or an outside perspective on what to measure.
Our data is a mess. Is it even worth starting?
Messy data is the norm, not a disqualifier. We start with a one-week audit to see what's actually broken and whether it's worth fixing. Sometimes the honest answer is to clean the spreadsheet first, and we'll tell you that.
We already pay for a BI tool. Why hire services too?
A tool is not a strategy. We help you connect it to the right data, model it correctly, and design reports people actually use. If your current tool can't do the job, we'll say so.
How do you compare to a big consulting firm?

Can we start with a small sprint before committing to a full project?
Yes. Most new clients start with a 2–4 week sprint. It's the cheapest way to test fit, see real output, and decide whether a full project makes sense.
What happens if the project doesn't deliver ROI?
We define success metrics before we write a line of code. If we don't hit them, you don't pay the final milestone. We've only had to invoke this twice in six years.
