The spark
Started out of frustration with big consultancies that sold senior strategy and handed the work to juniors. The idea was simple: the people you meet should be the people who build.

First engagements
Three clients in six months. All by referral. One rule: every report has to justify its own existence. If leadership doesn't open it, we failed.
